  • The InnoLab offers a great platform for transforming creative ideas into sustainable projects. In weekly meetings, you have the opportunity to turn your own visions and ideas into reality and actively contribute to shaping a better future. You can develop your own projects and benefit from experienced mentors and an innovative network or join a team to work on existing projects. The InnoLab creates space for collaboration, exchange and creative problem-solving so that your ideas can have a real impact and initiate sustainable change.

  • Here you have the opportunity to work on advanced projects and actively contribute to the success of these projects. Not only can you expand your knowledge and gain practical experience, but you can also incorporate your own ideas and creative solutions into the projects to shape a better future. In this inspiring environment, you will have the opportunity to deepen your skills and become part of a dynamic team that works together on exciting challenges.

  • How to motivate a team? How to set up a comprehensible onboarding phase? These are just some of the questions, our HR department works on. It is a great space to probe ideas you may use in your later work life.

  • Here you can let your creativity flow by designing marketing strategies and content for Enactus and start-ups inside the organisation. Furthermore the department helps to develop the design and concept of our homepage.

  • Good partnerships only work if both parties gain something out of it. Get creative and help to work out cooperation concepts with companies and advisors that benefit everyone. Furthermore you will have the opportunity to dive into eventmanagement, as the ressort organizes workshops, pitch events, socials, company visits, the teamweekend and more. You can also choose between one of those two parts of the ressort.

FAQs

  • Enactus offers an array of Workshops, ranging over a variety of topics, from entrepreneurial ones like ‘Design Thinking’ and ‘Evaluation of early stage start-ups’ to specialized topics in HR or Marketing. At the beginning of every semester there is also the teamweekend, where we gather together to get to know each other get a proper onboarding. Furthermore every month we have a meeting to update each other about all ongoing projects and do something fun. Apart from local events there are also ones like the National Cup or the One Enactus Weekend where teams from all over germany gather together, pitch their ideas and celebrate impact.

  • Our guideline is 2-5 hours per week, but this varies depending on the ressort, position and time of the semester. For example during times of exams it is possible to do a little less, as long as the overall commitment stands.

  • While it does make sense to focus on one project at a time (as two projects can be really time consuming), this is not chiseled in stone. Enactus is a place to get to know yourself and your interests better. Thus we are always open for change if you show interests in areas, which you are currently not working in.

  • Yes, as long as your idea creates social or sustainable impact according to the 17 SDGs, we are really happy to help you turn your idea into reality!

  • We are a non-profit organisation and our members work for us on a voluntary basis. We are therefore unable to offer any remuneration.
